Basket Range Primary School is a local government school that offers a unique model of education. Located thirty minutes from Adelaide, the school is nestled in Peramangk Country in the beautiful foothills of the Adelaide hills, amongst the lush eucalypt forests, apple orchards, castle views and fertile soils.
The school believes in creating an environment through which each learner is supported to thrive – to engage confidently with learning, and be kind and caring, confident, and well-rounded individuals.
Basket Range Primary School is currently in the process of developing a unique Learning Charter which will provide quality teaching and learning that caters for the individual and developmental needs of all our students.
The Charter will contextualise teaching and learning within the SA curriculum, to suit the unique context of the school, while blending components of the Steiner framework. We look forward to sharing the initial planning for the Charter and working with families as we continue to work towards a shared vision.
